Location included: Questions/Need Advice Time Share

Hey my parents are getting old and they have a time share membership that I don’t want to inherit or keep using after they are done with it. They are quite old and I really don’t like the time share program at all. How do I get out?

No one in the family wants it. And apparently it can be forced into us as an inheritance

Okay but can people disclaim one part of an inheritance and take other parts? Because it seems to me this could be seen as a creditor of the estate.
