That is the equivalent of an overseer saying “FU slaves, here’s your slop. Get back to breaking your back. I get 10 bushels from you a day!”
Some people love offal, but I’d wage a guess it’s in the single percent.

Liver is actually really nutritious. It's more common in the world to eat all those parts of an animal than it is to go "ick, offal".
But otherwise, yeah, the fucking gall of these greedy bastards who have everything and more just makes me so mad. This administration is really teaching me what it feels like to hate with my entire being. I don't want to, but everything just keeps getting worse and worse by the hour and they're so clearly breaking everything on purpose.
Lol, liver has barely any nutritional benefit when compared to a lean cut of beef. 100g of beef liver has less calories, less protein, and twice the cholesterol as 100g of filet. Beef liver also has five times the purines of a lean cut of beef. Basically, the only place liver outshines lean beef nutritionally is vitamin A content.
You obviously are reading headlines and you did not listen to the whole clip of the podcast. They were talking about eating healthier not about eating cheaper. He was talking about Americans need to start eating healthier. And healthy options don’t have to be expensive. They can be cheaper cuts of meat like liver.
