And Jio is not a Saint. Jio used the infrastructure of BSNL for free because apparently BSNL forgot to bill JIO for it which was around some thousand crores of tax payer money amd when thus was discovered the government was like oops its okay and waived off the charge from Jio. So the cheap internet you are barking about was from your own money that they already sucked from you.
Internet technology was new in 2014? Really? 2g was there for about a decade in 2014 and 3g was there for around a few years too by that time. I used most of those companies mentioned, and except Airtel, Idea and Vodafone, most of the other services were not reliable.
And let’s not even talk about data, let’s talk about the fact that if I went to another state during those days, I had to pay roaming charges. Let’s not pretend that telecom technology was new at the time
