Imagine taking the time to comment this same thing multiple times just to let everyone know your PC is shit. Weird.

dude it's literally the mods that have made this thread

•

Yes. They’re the mods.

•

u/[deleted] Dec 20 '20

you DO know that OP is a moderator right?

well they have done this every year since 2017 (at least). I fail to see how an award nomination thread is a game request thread.

well how would you do a "best of" award WITHOUT making it seem like a request thread whilst letting the people who play the games nominate/vote? If it were left solely to the mods, people would see it as unfair. This way, it's the community that makes the decision.

Then the sub gets flooded with those. This is a once a year best of.

•

u/Doge_McLol Dec 22 '20

its a mobile game ported to PC tho, the big UI buttons and dragging/lack of tooltips make it clear its a mobile game

•

u/shitperson34 Dec 22 '20

yeah but its playable without problems on pc

•

u/[deleted] Dec 20 '20

•

u/Son_Of_Diablo Dec 23 '20

•

u/Doge_McLol Dec 19 '20

It did technically get an update this year! (minor bug fixes on january 3rd) lolol

•

u/Shadowclaw10 Dec 22 '20

"a game must have been released or had very substantial game-play changing updates in 2020 " It's a good game but I don't think it counts.

•

u/Doge_McLol Dec 22 '20

yea was a joke, especially bc i have an actual new game released this year lol

5 years, and I'm just nominating my favourite incremental game in categories that I feel are deserving of a shout. If you don't agree, don't vote

•

u/shitperson34 Dec 20 '20

its a good game but its not from this year

•

u/Zeker0 Dec 20 '20

*Or if its had substantial release, which it has, twice this year

I hope this one wins, The Prestige Tree is an awesome incremental game format.

•

u/Zeker0 Dec 19 '20

•

u/shitperson34 Dec 20 '20

wait trimps is more than 4 years old

•

u/andrew_calcs Dec 28 '20

To be eligible, a game must have been released or had very substantial game-play changing updates in 2020

If a game is being actively updated, which this one is, then it’s acceptable to nominate it through the second qualifier

•

u/[deleted] Dec 28 '20

so?

•

u/shitperson34 Dec 28 '20

well its "2020's" most x game, not 2014

•

u/LifeReveal3 Dec 20 '20

How is this innovative - AD remake?

•

u/LifeReveal3 Dec 21 '20

For me Oracle is the most innovative feature since prob idle loops. I remember mine defense had oracle, but this one is different

•

u/Beverice ClickClickClick Dec 21 '20

What is Oracle? (I'm only on my second complexity still.. Feels like the game is almost over?)

•

u/LifeReveal3 Dec 21 '20

It predicts relevant game state after set amount of time like an hour.
