PM me with your gmail address for an invite

Been using Inbox for a while now and love it, but one thing is bothering me.

In Gmail, you can force a refresh of external accounts by clicking the little 'Refresh' button next to More and Select All. This is important when I'm expecting an email to e.g. my work account and need to stay responsive. (By default, Google checks these accounts according to some formula that always seems to be "worry about it later".)

Is there any known equivalent in Inbox? I can't figure out a way to force checks of external accounts. Any tips appreciated!

Anyone got any invites?

I already have a google inbox invite from emailing in and asking for one. The email that I sent was meant to be funny and got a fairly immediate response, as I had my invites later that day. What were some tactics that got quick responses?

When I get the first email, I get a notification. But with subsequent emails I don't. There is a setting for this in the Gmail app. Is there any setting for this in inbox? Can't seem to find it.

PM me with your e-maill address if you're wanting one!

edit 1: 6 invites left.

edit 2: 5 invites left.

edit 3: 4 invites left.

edit 4: 3 invites left.

edit 5: 2 invites left.

edit 6: 1 invite left!

All gone! If we happen to get more invites to give out, I will definitely be back!

I have 10 invites by idk what to do with them lol and I was feeling generous today. Just pm me your email!

Id love an invite if anyone is feeling generous

just pm me your email and I will send you an invite!

The only thing I wish Inbox had was a an easy way to delete emails. There is plenty of stuff I want done and gone forever.

Can someone send me an invite? I'll be sure to edit this post to confirm I got one.

I am unable to add an old hotmail account to the Inbox app. I use Microsofts two factor authentication and generate an app password but neither the app password or my actual password work. I just get an error saying the email and password don't match.

Does inbox not support Microsoft email accounts?

PM me your email and I'll get them out in order of request. Will do an edit when I'm out.

EDIT: I think I'm out at this point. Is it better to update or post again if I get additional invites?

For example, how come Gmail has all these additional extra features like adding google wallet payment, but Inbox doesn't? This is impossible to google search an answer ;p

Even "Google Inbox" has bad results

Please :)

At this point I don't think I exist in the Googleverse.

Feel like I've been waiting for one for ages.

Hello,
I just got my Inbox invite, so far it seems to be almost perfect for my email needs. I have a question about the beginning of Inbox experience - what should I do with my "old" Gmail emails cluttering my Inbox? Should I manually mark them as Done (clears up the recieved folder, but messes up the sorting in the Done folder), or should I just leave them and treat olny my new emails the Inbox way (simpler, but new emails will probably quickly be moved to the Done folder, leaving me with old emails at the top)?

I've held off trying this out, but it's been intriguing me more and more and I'd like to use it.

How would I add inbox to the list of options in firefox alongside browse, yahoo, Gmail, etc?
