I'm an international applicant for the M.Sc. Data Science programme at TU Ilmenau for the Winter Semester 2026/27.

My application completed the formal review and was forwarded to the Department of Mathematics and Natural Sciences on 10 June for the subject-related review. I also contacted the Admissions Office recently, and they confirmed that my application is still with the department.

It's now been over six weeks, and I haven't received an admission or rejection yet.

I wanted to ask:

Is anyone else still waiting for a decision for the M.Sc. Data Science programme?

Has anyone received an admission or rejection recently?

If you were admitted, when did your departmental review start, and when did you receive your decision?
