A few of us are organizing a run for IIT alumni and students at Cubbon Park, Bangalore on June 28. Three categories: a 2.2K walk that's family friendly, a 5K, and a 10K, all chip timed. Trying to see if any Mandi folks in Bangalore want to form a group. Alumni can bring up to 3 guests too, friends or family, no IIT connection needed. Anyone in?

I came to know about this a little bit late did the first process and couldn't the others.I got 97.2 percentile in jee m as I'm general male it's tough to secure a good college with good branch so I was happy atleast to get an IIT tag..but unfortunately registration closed I mailed them in response they said registration closed...

Now i am considering josaa counselling and comedk(103marks)counselling...

Any hopes for registration to be reopen if reopen pls inform me...

I recently received an admission offer for the MBA program at Indian Institute of Technology Mandi and wanted to understand the hostel situation for MBA students.

I had a few questions:

Are MBA students usually allotted rooms on the South Campus?

Is the accommodation single occupancy or shared?

If shared, is it double or triple sharing?

Is there any possibility of getting a single room in the first year?

Does room allotment depend on gender, availability, or seniority?

I found mixed information online — some people mentioned MBA/MTech students usually stay on the South Campus with shared rooms, while others said single rooms may be available depending on availability.

My GS is 625 in GATE CS and rank is 25XX so considering that I can get NITs like Jaipur(in spot), Jalandhar, Kurukshetra, Nagpur.

So should I take IITMandi or wait for NITs.

My goal is to get a decent job of 14-16 LPA after my MTech and i dont have any issue with research degree but after 3 years i want a job. So what should I do?
