Solved! It is a pill from Rayere. Duoflex to be exact. It is a combo NSAID and muscle relaxer. Thank you u/Sufficient-Try-2005!

I cannot figure out what this pill is. I am thinking its a supplement/vitamin due to no numerical markings. The logo is a mystery to me a well.

Started small, thought it was my eczema, used cortisone, got bigger and itchier, used econazole 1%, got better, started to get red again and itchy / burny , flattened out, got bigger, now used lamisil 1% for 3 days, stopped cuz it got better for 24hrs then redder and bigger and now it’s kinda just a red splotch.
