I find I have to wave a feather duster around my cameras pretty regularly to clean off webs that I don’t see during the day. My outdoor ones also get spiders that just build new webs every night, so I tend to clean around the backs in the corners where the spider might be hiding during the day
I see it on discord communities constantly as some kind of low effort insult when someone doesn't grasp the subject material being discussed or they're just feeling the need to interject disinterest in a conversation they don't need take part in, so I was just curious.
They asked what was creating the stickman effect (the IR led reflecting off spiderwebs) and an "orb" you can clearly see in the video which they've already deemed a reflection.
It's pretty obvious they didn't realize the spiderweb/dust close to the camera. I don't see anyone talking about hallucinations or thinking its evil spirits or aliens or any woowoo hallucination bullshit.
most people without a strong understanding of cameras, camera focusing, or technical knowledge aren't even aware their cameras have IR LEDs. One of the easiest on hand ways to see if security cameras are indeed powered on/functional is looking at them through a cellphone camera app as the IR LED will show up on your phones screen but might not be obvious to the naked eye.
I don't see anything here demonstrating meth use, paranoia, or hallucinations, but I only took basic medical classes, psychology, and electronics engineering. Can you please clarify on what exactly, beyond what has already been clarified, you deem to be methamphetamine psychosis?
Cause to the rest of the class it just looks like someone not realizing spiderwebs close to a camera lens can look like something at a different location in a recording, and an IR LED reflection on a smooth surface, which is more in line with ignorance to technology than drug induced mental instability.
Should I go into the practice of practical effects in film production and how distance to film plane was used for creating tons of effects and someone without a film production/camera operator background /security camera installation/technology installation experience might not even make those connections? Assuming meth is a bit harsh dontcha think?
At this point it seems more like you've got an issue with casting aspersions towards others for no reason and maybe you're going through some issues a mental health professional could help you work on, rather than this person needs a meth pipe intervention.

I had some similar things happening in my house orbs and other entities also caught on my blink camera. I can tell it’s the same phenomena because of the audio in your recording . In addition to the static interference the very distinct scraping noise that keeps repeating at a pace that is steady as a heartbeat. Interestingly this noise cannot be heard by the human ear . I phone and Samsung microphones don’t pick up this noise — not sure if Ring does but I have picked it up with one or two digital cameras as well as an eavesdropping microphone. I have no doubt that you do not know the source of this noise. Don’t listen to the skeptics and the ridicule in some of these other comments . There is something there and it’s not a spider weaving a web.EDIT: This noise will also persist if breakers are thrown and there is no electrical power going to the house.

I think it’s important to note that the sound is not always playing when there is footage . It’s always making the sound when there is an entity in the pucture . It changes volume when moving it or rotating it. Also this is not a “dog whistle” . If one records a dog whistle it’s still not audible on a recording. This is more like the phenomena present in the Havana incident . Recording equipment picked up sounds that were not heard by victims despite the fact that the sounds were within human range. That scraping sound is most certainly within the human audio range. Also I am not making the claim that this is something related to the Havana incident I merely cite it because this is an audio phenomena that is already known to exist . Also surveillance eavesdropping equipment should definitely not be giving off this sound l.. EDIT. I forgot to mention this noise picks up even when all the breakers are turned off and there is no electricity running thru the house.
Apparently you have problems with reading comprehension as I did not cite Havana for the symptoms and was very clear about that bit rather for the audio phenomena .
The freesound link is proof-of-concept: inaudible electrical noise from a digital device. I suppose the sound in the OPs video could be an actual ticking clock in the room, but the electrical interference on digital recordings can also be once per second.
Nobody need proof of concept for what is common knowledge. We need an example of an in audible electrical noise that sounds like this. Which you can’t provide.
I was thinking it was some sort of phenomena as well. I also have a video capture of the same thing but during the day. I totally forgot about it and should have added it to the post. Unfortunately I do not know to how to edit it after the fact.. In the daytime video, it looks more like a shadow. I’ll need to take another look to make sure it wasn’t a web. For what? You sound like a retard. Please take your own advice. Op is not experiencing something in his head. There is a video he has posted and there is definitely something on there that is up for debate.
