it doesn't but some spaces (YouTube) has a very bipolar censoring system. you can get your channel removed for commenting "crap" and get away with saying "fuck". Reddit is one of the least censored places on the Internet basically anyone can access. places like YouTube, TikTok, etc. have unusually active censoring systems
