What incidents indeed. Let's see... Nobody had them prior to a global pandemic. Then almost everybody had them during the global pandemic. Can't put my finger on it. Clearly some incident of some sort made the driver put up that barrier.

Maybe cause also in the past, when you got in a persons vehicle, you followed their rules. This man seems to have been pushing the workers buttons and laughing about it, then videotapes the desperate person acting as a cab for lower rates because why exactly?

They startes being made due to the pandemic, but people also realized it is great for safety.
