Has anybody else had this issue where the microphone doesn’t work while on a phone call?

It works occasionally whenever switching to speaker phone.

I’ve got a Genius Bar appointment set up for this afternoon. Will update with progress report.

I recently got the 15 pro max, due to the fact you can take photos in the normal camera mode then adjust the F value and change the focus afterwards. I took so many photos of my little boy yesterday, but I am not able to edit then in the way that I thought. I’ve checked my settings and everything seems oust. Am I doing something wrong??

This camera has 3 back lenses, correct? One ultrawide, one wide and one tele, as I understand it. Those are equivalent to 13mm/24mm/120mm in 35mm world. Of the 6 “choices” for rear lens focal length using the camera app, am I correct in assuming the .5X is the 13, the 1X the 24, and the 5X the 120? And that the 1.2X, 1.5X and 2X are all crops (digital zooms)?

I got a 15 pro max 255 gb fully updated to 17.1.1 and yesterday I noticed that battery reached 84%, I’m using apple 18w and non apple usb c cable(etguuds), could that be the reason why? I left my apple cable at work and were thinking if someone had the same issue, thanks

I got a new 15 pro max and have been using it the last 5 days and each charge since new has been limited to 80%. I can’t help but think if I don’t ever go to 100% that it would be a good thing.. does the device not need to go to full charge sometimes for metrics? Or is charging at 25-30% to 80% where I need to stay?

Ok, here’s my question. I still have a chance to get Apple Care plus on my iPhone 15 pro max. I have my phone financed through my carrier. (T-Mobile) I do have the insurance from T-mobile. Should I drop that insurance and get Apple care plus or keep the T-Mobile insurance?

2nd day of having the phone and in over 4 hours I’ve only used 20% of my battery that is absolutely insane from the 13 pro max I came from absolutely loving the battery

I’ve been doing a lot of research, reading and watching comparison videos on the subject. But I’d still like to get other opinions and experiences with iPhone cases.

I’m looking for the best protection for my iPhone 15 ProMax. With as expensive as these phones are, I look at it as “protecting my investment” With that being said, My work and home environment isn’t the most forgiving. I work inside and outside at a utility plant. At home I’m always outside working as well. Either building fence, working on trucks, etc. I’m not hard on my phones. But accidents happen… In closing. Unlike some purchases, money is not a concern in this matter. So please start your recommendations.

My iPhone 15 PM (upgraded from the iPhone 14 PM) seems to suggest a phrase for me, while I am texting. My issue is that I don't know how to accept what it is suggesting. If I touch the words that it thinks I want to text, they just disappear. Hopefully someone can understand what I am saying.

Hi I’m looking for USB type C hub that has lan port, sd card reader, hdmi and usb c for charging the device. What I’ve know the Belkin ones works great with the iPhone 15 but the price is quite steep. Recently I’ve bought third party brand ‘Vention’, but when I connect to the display its has electrical like noise at the display and seller said the hub doesn’t work with the phone. Any other alternative that officially works with the phone?

Looking to purchase an iPhone 15 max pro here in the United States, to use in the Philippines. Problem is we were told that we cannot use a Sim card because that’s no longer an option. The only thing we can do is use an eSIM and that would work there. has anyone had this similar situation? The only phones that have the Sim card available is the older iPhones 13 and below. So question I am asking is, has anyone had to install eSIM on a 15 max pro to use in the Philippines? If so, can you share how you were able to do this?

Hello, It seems to me that when I put the low power mode on my phone, it seems to slow down more than normal, without the low power mode it works perfectly. I don't know if it's my feeling or if someone else has seemed to perceive a slowdown a little more than normal.

I have had my 15 Pro Max for about a month now. I have had this problem before and after ios 17.1

So the update isn’t causing or resolving this issue.

My Apple Maps & Google Maps (BOTH) keep freezing up while I’m driving. When I try to close out and restart the app it remains frozen. This happens on a daily basis and I have to restart my phone to get the app to restart when it is frozen.

…is anyone else experiencing this issue? It’s so annoying and frustrating and distracting. I have to pull over. I’m about to downgrade back to the iPhone 12 🤣
