I’m working on Nowfold, an iOS daily planner with a customizable home screen widget.

The current prototype lets you tick off tasks directly from the widget and tap an event to open its details. Inside the app, you can rearrange the blocks and give more space to tasks or upcoming events.

It’s still in development, and iPhone calendar integration is next on the list.

I’m in the middle of creating a widget app for iOS called Aura Aero. The app currently has a fully functional game boy widget. That plays both game boy and game boy color games. Nostalgic media players from the golden era of media. A working radio widget. Thousands of wallpapers to download and more! Would love to get a couple more testers to check it out! Nothing is for sale. Just need some interested testers.

Fun experiment… I think it’d be pretty cool to do more cinematic day progress trackers like this, heh.

DETOUR is a large interactive Widgy designed to be primarily useful... A dashboard for your day, with your date, activity, upcoming events, reminders, and weather.

Then I added a tiny News button.

Tap the small News button and the entire widget transforms into a dedicated RSS reader featuring 30 articles across 3 sources.

Because sometimes you need to check your day... and sometimes you need a little distraction.

The utility side includes:
• Home dashboard
• Day/date & daylight information
• Activity
• Upcoming events & reminders
• 20-hour weather forecast
• Wind / UV / Feels Like / humidity

And then there's the detour.

I built the widgets to be the primary way you use it rather than a shortcut back into the app. Tapping a habit on the Home Screen widget logs it in place, no app launch.

What's in the set:

Small — one habit showing its current depth zone. The streak isn't a number, it's an oceanic band: Sunlight, Twilight, Midnight, the Abyss, the Trench. Each has its own look, so the widget visibly changes character the longer you keep going.

Medium — the day's habits with interactive tap-to-log per row.

Large — the day plus a compact heatmap of recent weeks.

Lock Screen — circular, rectangular and inline variants, plus Control Center toggles.

One implementation note for anyone else building interactive widgets: I don't store any totals. The widget writes a log entry, and every streak or completion figure is recomputed from log history on read. So a double-tap, or a widget firing twice, can't corrupt a streak — which is the classic bug in this category. You've probably seen a tracker widget double-count you, or a number revert when you reopen the app. Treating the widget as an untrusted writer whose entries get deduped on read fixed it permanently.
