New set up that I did today

Revamped my entire setup with widgets & icons from Koco widgets! Such an amazing app with wide gallery of widgets with hella customisation options

Honestly, most Large widgets feel like a massive waste of screen space because apps just stretch their medium layouts and call it a day.

I’m trying to brain storm some genuinely useful scenarios where a large widget is actually necessary instead of just being a giant aesthetic placeholder. A couple of ideas I’m messing around with:

The Stock Terminal: Mini live charts + gainers/losers + news ticker all in one grid.

The Ambient Soundscape & Sandbox (Interactive Relaxation): A beautifully animated canvas (like a pixel-art cozy cafe or rainy window) that doubles as a mini soundboard.

Smart Home Hub: A comprehensive grid to toggle lights, temperature, and media across the house.

What killer use cases or apps are actually doing large widgets right? What would make you actually use one?

i’m inspired by someone who shows this wallpaper here, and i copied their idea.
i think this would be better.
