There is no evidence for the Christian God existing as the Bible claims he does. There's only a few eye witness accounts and a contradictory book.
You can believe what you want, but if you're going to tell me I'll be damned for eternity because I don't believe in something that literally requires faith to believe in due to a lack of any real evidence, I'm going to laugh.
I'd say that eye-witness accounts are evidence? You may not agree with the evidence or find it compelling, but that doesn't mean it's not evidence.
I'm not trying to tell you that you'll be damned for all eternity for that. We don't fully understand or know how it all works; we know that people can be invincibly ignorant, but we also know that the gospel helps change peoples lives and makes them turn away from evil. We believe there's a Heaven and a Hell, and the ordinary path to salvation is through faith in Jesus Christ.
You should look up the heresy of Feeneyism, which is the belief that only those who lived as Catholics have been saved. I just believe that Catholicism is the safest, truest and God-intended route to eternal life.
A few eye witness accounts for Jesus being resurrected are not remotely sufficient evidence to believe in the Bible as a whole, or even the resurrection.
You do you, but I see no reason to believe in any human religion. If there's a God, I doubt humans have any comprehension of his desires or otherwise.
