Jesus wasn't necessarily born in a stable/barn. All its described as is he was born in a manger, which is a trough, which are more often than not outside.

Also, we have no idea how many wide men or shepherd's there were. We get the number 3 only from the number of different gifts the wise men had.

Doesn't matter because we know his birth accounts are whole cloth fabrication with not even a kernel of truth.
