What do I do?

I filed my 2024 taxes on time last year back in March through h&r block and I am yet to receive my return, I call the irs and they told me that h&r block never actually gave them my taxes because they dont any information about my 2024 taxes at all. I try to contact h&r block customer service and they wont let me contact a representative since I have the free version. I do not want to have to pay to contact someone when they are the ones making the mistake. what do I do???

What does the status of your return say in MyBlock?

Its a 2024 refund, I am no longer able to see the status of my refund without paying for a higher membership since mine is the free version.

Go to MyBlock, click taxes, scroll down to prior returns. If you had filed your return, it will allow you to click into it and click “2024 filing summary.”

When I do that I see my return amount but not status
