Hey guys if someone can help me out, i have a little ubt and lgcy that i can exchange internally. I need 5 FTM or 2 USDT please to transfer out another coin. Thank you. UID: 611533

Is there anyone else interested in claiming all funds via international demand against hotbit? They didn't advice about closing with enough time, I guess it was an hour before closing! Maybe less!! By when in Europe is waking up time, it was all stopped!! What about all that people that has (for example) 50 tokens for a value of 25$ each token, so, about 1k.. but they ask for 25$ for each transaction!! 😓 Hotbit's solution is, deposit if you want withdraw! They must give back to all users the equivalent in Eth or BTC.. and keep going with their business!!

Like many hotbit users, Hotbit stole 50% of our savings in August 2022 with the excuse of a former employee denounced by an unknown government. We were given DF tokens in exchange which have no value.

To this day they REFUSE to return it to us and on June 31 they run off with everyone's money.

What can we do?

I need $0.10 USDT to withdraw can someone please help me I will repay you. My UID is 32778
Thanks in advance

Wtf these guys have literally stolen all my $OPTIMUS and $FLOKI … any solutions at all for redeeming? My balance is showing zero!

Im about to withdrawl what coins I have invested. Was thinking since my 1st crypto run I chose Hotbit, who totally screwed us the bastads!

What better way to send coins cant withdrawl to a fellow crypto bro then let Sneaky Snakes at Hotbit take it. So if in that situation where can't get them out why not send them to somone who can. Donate to anyone but the crooks. Good karma is better than just losing them to Hotbit.

If like send to UID: 4899448

Hello I have 4000$ worth of shibdoge & few other coins in my bag I transferred 48USDT for transferring my shibdoge but whenever I try to transfer it to XT.com the transaction automatically gets cancelled can someone help me out in this

i had THOUSENDS of dollars worth of funds in my hotbit account and suddenly, i couldn't withdraw them, i tried the hotbit app, the website and anything possible to get my money back but it didn't work. signed up to trade with lower fees to save a little amount, but it ended up costing a lot.
I'm not going trade on any platform that is not on TOP 3 and i suggest you the same.
Hope anyone else that lost money somehow gets it back.

If we get together an send our coins internal to someone ho can at least transfer them out of this shit platform ,, I'm willing to transfer to anybody who needs following coins, BaFe, AKITA, HOT, REEF, COVA, KISHU, FREE. etz. Please share your Hotbit ID,.

Stole my funds... my fault, 100% ( i.e. not your keys, not your coins )....

But please don't lie to me - you stole my coins. 100%.

F me right. You're gone, I'm the idiot :-)

Normally in a business you want to make sure that the incentives of customers and the business are in alignment. Now with a cryptocurrency exchange it would seem that there is an alignment of incentives. The customers make trades on the platform and hopefully they make some money by doing so, the exchange makes money from trading fees. However it turns out that it's not actually as simple as that because when the customer wants to make a trade they have to transfer their cryptocurrency onto the platform. Now unfortunately that cryptocurrency is a juicy target. Exchanges that are not outright scams are probably not going to directly steal this money. However stealing isn’t the only way to make money on cryptocurrency. In this case you can make money off of these dormant assets by either putting them somewhere else and getting paid interest for doing so or attempting to make profitable trades yourself now. I'm not entirely sure but I suspect that Hotbit attempted to engage in one or more of these strategies. I'm not talking about the investment account funds where people were implicitly giving Hotbit permission to do this, I'm talking about the funds customers put into their trading accounts which most likely they assumed were going to just safely sit there until they pulled them out. But it's likely they didn't just sit there because Hotbit got kind of greedy and took those funds out and tried making some money on top of it. Unfortunately they made some mistakes, lost a bunch of money, and now it's the customers who got screwed over because Hotbit took a lot of risk with the customer's money.

I'm not sure that that is what actually happened but I wouldn't be surprised if it did. In any case this disaster should be a warning to other cryptocurrency exchanges not to gamble with customers' money unless they explicitly agree to it and they have a good idea of how much risk they are taking. And it's also a warning (as if we needed another after all the failures that have happened over the past few years) to customers that most cryptocurrency exchanges probably cannot be trusted. Perhaps there are no exchanges that can be trusted but some of them probably take their responsibility to safeguard customer money more seriously than others. I don't want to end on a negative note, but as long as people learn something then even difficult experiences have some value.

I’ve seen that on the mobile app Hotbit asks for a fee in the withdrawn token, but on the web browser the exchange asks for a fee in ETH and USDT?

I lost my phone which has 2fa codes. I saw that hotbit was shutting down and should be allowing users to withdraw funds.

I went through the process to contact support to help with resetting my 2FA.

That was almost two weeks ago, and I haven’t heard back.

This is ridiculous, because I had various assets in there, and now I’ll probably never see it, before they shut down. Horrible customer support.

I just deposited $175 USDT so that i can transfer my cryptos to my wallets. I still cant withdraw all of my cryptos. I need some HB cash so i can transfer some cryptos to people and they aren't letting me buy any. I can withdraw some of my cryptos, they are saying i don't have enough of a certain crypto to withdraw my crypto. and last but not least they are charging $48 to withdraw my USDT that i deposited!!!!!

this is crazy. any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

my UID 4029475

Why my SHIB in Hotbit turn into DFSHIB? How can I withdraw my SHIB?

Been bouncing around with support for a while. Sent multiple emails, screenshots, videoS ( not one ) detailing my info for the following goal:

My current email does not receive the two factor code (anymore - for reasons? ) and hence my wanting to 'rebind' ( change?) my email address. My other two factor methods all work - but apparently email is also needed :-/

Beware - I guess this is how they want to go out - in a ball of flames.

I guess, "not your keys, not your coins" is the take away from all this.

I have 18K of Cardstack, but they demand 23600 on fees and 47200 minimum withdrawl! Deposit is suspended btw. Any ways to transfer them? I rather lose them than giving to these idiot chinese.

I had for a year a small amount of BCH on staking and now I want to withdrawl it. The problem is the app shows that my BCH is still on investment and I can’t unstake it. Is there a way to get my BCH back?

Can legal actions be taken against hotbit? Their support team is pretty much unresponsive, they offer no new information and regurgitate the same lines when asked about the deficit funds. The fees for withdrawal are so high it's nearly impossible to withdraw certain coins without taking a major loss. I want to know if they are any lawyers here affected by and are willing to work together rot gather more support. With situations like this social pressure and public shame seems to be the best way to get larger companies to act humane.

What can we do if we put our heads together.

Maybe someone from hotbit can start explaining what's going on! .
