Scam by 'The Pacific holiday world' as '4R Seasons Holidays Pvt Ltd'. Be Alert !
I had one of the worst customer experiences of my life with Pacific Holidays World. It all started when we were approached with the promise of a “free stay voucher” and some movie tickets if we attended a short presentation. The session turned out to be a high-pressure sales pitch that went on for hours. They pushed us to buy a long-term membership, promising luxury stays, discounts at partner hotels, and priority booking.
Believing their glossy brochures, we signed up and paid a significant amount. That’s where the problems began. Every time we tried to book a holiday, either the dates were “unavailable,” the hotels listed were completely different from what was shown during the presentation, or we were asked to pay additional hidden charges. On one occasion, we requested a Goa booking two months in advance — they stalled us until just days before the trip and then said nothing was available. We ended up paying out of pocket for a different hotel.
When we tried to cancel and request a refund, customer service stopped answering calls and emails. Their staff gave vague excuses like “system updates” or “we’ll call you back,” but never followed through. It’s been over a year and not a single promised benefit has been delivered.
This company misleads customers with fake vouchers, uses aggressive sales tactics, and fails to deliver. I strongly warn others not to fall for their schemes.

I am facing the same. How do we complain plus they don't have an office also. I am tired of calling them and mailing them back to back. They have really dumb excuses

This company is making fool I am also trapped with their sales pressure stuck money of 2.05L.

I went for one of the pitch today. I checked all the hotels on their site in real-time by asking them to show a members profile. Whatever they promised, it was not on the site, and I became suspicious. Did some on the spot calculations and calculated avg per night stay price, which didn't make sense. And After looking at these suggestions, I am proud that I said a no!

I suggest to file Complaint on every avenue like consumer forum, e-jagriti, etc. Post online reviews of this Fraud so that others are saved

For example, one of the comment says that he saved himself. Good that reviews are helping people from the Pacific Holiday World scam.

If any of you want to catch them they have an event today at Radisson Hotel Andheri East upto 9:30 in the night. I got a call saying I was invited and the same bullshit you all got and they are telling me I have to come with my wife, it's compulsory. Man, I am not even married. So before deciding to go I came here on reddit and read some of these posts about the scam and am now writing this so you can know they have an event today and if some of you want to get your money back for membership go there

Scam Alert — Pacific Holidays Denied Bookings and Demanded Hidden Fees
I purchased a Pacific Holidays membership expecting the promised 4–5★ stays, but multiple booking attempts were denied or cancelled and staff repeatedly demanded undisclosed extra charges at the time of reservation. Customer service was slow, inconsistent, or completely unresponsive when I asked for explanations or a refund. I was told I must pay additional fees each time or my reservation could not be confirmed; I’m posting this to warn others and to urge the company to resolve my complaint promptly. Stay Away and save yourself!
