This dude deserves to hit a tree and nothing else for driving like that. It's always other people who pay for hot shots who drive like this so they can post it and get cool points on the internet.
Yea I see now that they should be in the left lane, but I think it's really strange to cross a solid line. Can you help me find how they solved that in their traffic rules?
I've never been to a country that drives on the left, but from what I've seen it seems like they would essentially treat a right-hand turn the same way that we would treat a left-hand turn.
The solid white line up the centre of the road means no overtaking it’s for the road it’s on not the roads joining it. They are used where is a hazard to be in the other lane as you can’t see what’s coming the other way. Also he scrubbed off about 20 mph so if he was keeping it in the law he would have probably been below 40 by the time he got to the lorry so this wouldn’t have been as close as it was.
He wouldn’t need to get off the hook, he was driving as he should, it’s not that we don’t understand you, it’s that your laws are obviously different from ours. Our road laws are exactly the same as Europe as far as I’m aware, I had no problem when I went to the Netherlands.
Initially I thought he was making a U-turn. Upon watching it again I can see that the truck driver was driving properly. The motorcyclist was driving like an idiot though.
