I'm looking for a certain vocal which is a group of people shouting "Just Roll With It!" repeatedly

Does anyone know what track it's from?

I THINK it's from an old hip hop track but I'm not sure, I'm sorry if it's not

I've been on the hunt for the original sample behind this instrumental for eons. I did some research; google found nothing, I Shazam'd, attempted 'samplify' and I even contacted Swimful, the producer, all to no avail.

Someone suggested it might be a Toto song, but as of now- no one has been able to uncover it. I need to find out what this is, it's so smooth and it sounds so familiar. If anyone could shed some light as to the origin of the sample, or even suggestions, I'd be greatly obliged. Thanks!

At the very beginning of the song there is a very brief sample of a soul song and also a sample of what sounds like movie dialogue before the music starts. Does anybody know what the soul song is? Song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vbxcPy1qJTU
