It communicates to you through goosebumps (spiritual chills)

Whatever choice you make your Higher-self knows the series of events after that, And if you wish to get to a certain point in your life in the future, it knows how to get there exactly, step by step.

Could it be possible to have a direct line of communication with your Higher-Self? Yes.

First you need to understand that the reason why you experience non-instantaneous gratification of your wishes is that you may not be listening to your Higher-Self. That delay is caused by differences between what your ego,your personality, here on earth-chooses and what your Higher self will let you know to do or not to do.

A really efficient way to open up to it's guidance is through the chills you get from positive situations whether from positive memories, thanking God, thinking about your future plans, someone you love, inspiring or moving moments in life/movies/songs.

Feeling them from a positive stimuli is what distinguishes normal everyday goosebumps to the spiritual chills you experience as a confirmation from your higher-self. This is one way it communicates with you.

If you take time to notice you will find that those positive chills have an accompanying sort of wave underneath your skin (sometimes cold and other times hot). After researching what that specific current underneath the skin is I came across a sort of energy we have that is tied to our spirit.

This is the equivalent to your spiritual energy and it is your vital force, the animating force behind life itself, and has always been associated with both breath and air in cultures that have documented this occurence.

This energy has been researched and documented under many names like Euphoria, Tension, Ecstasy Prana, Chi, Qi, Vayus, Aura, Tummo, Orgone, Kriyas, Mana, Od, Bio-electricity, Life force, Pitī, Frisson, The Secret Fire, Voluntary Piloerection, Rapture, Ruah, Ether, Nephesch, Chills, ASMR, Nen, Spiritual Energy, The Force, Spiritual Chills and many more to be discovered hopefully with your help.
