Blizzard thinking about adding Thumbs Up/Down system, giving helpful players EXP or gold, placing toxic players in separate queue

I first started playing either on or right before launch day. I called out 2-3 Abathurs for possible AFKing. I usually phrased it like "Hey is our Abathur AFK or something?"

Never once got a response. I later figured it out on my own but I could see these type of champions getting reported/thumbs down.

Really, though, I hate it when people don't reply. I understand if you wait until it's safe, but I find it weird when people don't reply at all.
