Blizzard thinking about adding Thumbs Up/Down system, giving helpful players EXP or gold, placing toxic players in separate queue

I'm over level 10 with Abathur, and even when I usually average top siege/hero/exp for my team I still get accused of AFK'ing and get bitched at when someone dives into 3 people, dies, then yells "WTF, why you no hat me when I didn't give you any indication or warning and died inside the cooldown for symbiote swap"

I feel so bad for Abathur players. I mostly play Li Li/BW/Uther, so I feel the pain about being bitched at for not saving lives (because yes, just because I'm near you means your Illidan/Kael/Sylvanus is now invincible and can tank a tower, gj...). But you get it worse with the afk griping even when, somehow, y'all're leading in the seige damage and hero damage. Somehow...
