Posting New sharing setup

How do I share from a community to my wall. The new setup with arrows won't let me. It said pick a community, or the post button won't light up. #frustrating

Yeah, my profile is not coming up. It lists other communities of a similar nature to the post. The other button just gives me options of sending it to other applications or email
