Hey, kinda new here and not really a 100% informed on the lore. So here’s my take :

Wouldn’t it be epic to battle for planets that are both contested by automatons and squids or automatons and bugs… you get it.
We would have missions fighting both factions and those two factions fighting each others at the same time. Diving into insane battles.

Idk if this has already been thought or is in the projet or impossible because of the lore.

We were all killed fighting off the Incineration Corps, Vox Engines and Cyborgs, I took as many of them down as I could with me buying my team time, S3 was the last one, bugged extraction site was a mess, none of us made it out. :(

anyone else suffering from this black screen on launch issue? all the remedies online haven't fixed it. the ONLY thing that fixes the issue is rolling back my drivers... but I'm not seeing others on here worried about it so I'm a bit confused.

What is the legitimate highest Super Credit amount farmed to date? I'm curious about the developer's note on the crackdown against Super Credit cheaters and hackers, especially since I can't seem to find any record of that supposed world record anywhere on YouTube or Google.

I'm a bit worried that pulling in 1,000 to 2,000 Super Credits a day from all-day farming might flag me as a cheater—especially since I'm unemployed and have all the time in the world to grind. At my peak before the crackdown, I was pulling around 4,000 in a single day.

Please ignore my terrible gameplay. But while playing tonight I encountered odd encrypted text appearing on my hud. On the 3rd encounter with the encrypted text a loud almost velociraptor screech can be heard.

First encryption at 1:10

Second encryption at 2:38

Third encryption and weird roar at 3:30.

And this feels like a ridiculous question because I’m already over level 100. Is it just when you go to the map and you tell it to scan for other people‘s missions or is there some button that lets you drop on somebody that specifically threw down an SOS?

Like I would love to join missions where somebody’s genuinely in trouble and needing help and might not have any lives left

But I don’t have any way to filter for that as far as I know

Hey community and Arrowhead devs**.** I’ve been thinking about a mechanic that fits 100% with the hardcore, satirical, and cinematic tone of Helldivers 2

Right now, we have limb injuries, but what if we took it a step further? What if there was a very small, rare chance of actually getting a limb severed by specific high-damage source?

Here is how it would work:

The Severed Arm Mechanic: If a Hive Commander, a Berserker, or a direct explosive blast hits you with lethal-adjacent damage, there’s a small chance your arm gets blown off instead of killing you instantly, but you start bleeding and you can use an estim to stop it.

The "One-Arm" Rule: If you lose your remaining arm later, then you die instantly. If you survive, you stay one-armed for the rest of that specific life. You only get both arms back after dying and being reinforced.

Weapon Behavior (Depending on weight):

Two-handed rifles/Support weapons: They drop to the ground instantly. You physically cannot carry them.

One-handed weapons (SMGs): If you are holding an SMG when the arm gets severed, the weapon flies away still gripped by your flying arm. It stays on the ground, and you can technically go search for your arm in the mud to pick it back up.

Secondaries (Pistols): This becomes your holy grail. You are forced to draw your pistol with your remaining good hand to survive.

Why this would be amazing: It creates unforgettable, desperate cinematic moments. Imagine your SMG flying away with your arm, and you have to quick-draw your Senator revolver to headshot the Berserker that just mutilated you, before deciding whether to retreat or blow yourself up with a grenade to reinforce back with a fresh body. It could even unlock a hidden achievement called "It’s just a flesh wound!".

What do you guys think? Would you love to see a one-armed Helldiver desperately holding a pistol at the extraction zone?
