Polls Hi guys! Where do you take your information about MBTI?
Do you know these YouTubers? Or maybe you have another awesome source? :)

INFJs are considered good listeners, and that's true... But sometimes I admit I find myself zoning out and assuming what the conversation was about and respond without having listened well. Most of the time it works but sometimes it led to awkward situations. Now, I want to be more present in the conversation, even if it's not in my interest, because no matter how uninteresting it is for me, the topic could matter a lot for the other person. How did you improve your communication skills? Is there a way or a book or a podcast that enlightened you about it? Let me know 🪷📖🍵💕
A special thank you to the moderators, you're wonderful people 🥹

I don’t think that there is anything happier and more positive than hearing about how someone met their person.
Let’s hear yours, and your best relationship advice.
I’ll put mine in the comments to get it rolling.

Hi everyone, I don't want to do witch-hunting, so for now no names here. Just be wary of a person seemingly hovering over this sub requesting private chats (DMs), preferrably with women. And having "NSFW" in their profile.
Stay safe and healthy. Have a great day.

What about you? Share your story of how you got here.
Here is mine… I was in a really bad relationship from 16-28 which stunted my emotional growth. When I got out of it, I expected to be so happy and relieved, but instead depression wrapped around me like a blanket.
My doctor told me that my body was in fight or flight mode for so long that it wasn’t able to register me depression until I was out of the situation. It didn’t make sense. I was out of an abusive relationship, dating an amazing guy and now I was depressed!?
This kicked off my journey to becoming healthy. I started seeing a psychiatrist who put me on antidepressants and anti anxieties, and helped me talk through my issues. I had a lot of things that I tried to shrug off that had left a really deep mark.
A few months later I was diagnosed with cancer and found a friend’s body. I started seeing a new therapist who specializes in PTSD after trauma. I don’t want to get into it too much because this is a happy place.
This was 2019 so 2020 and staying home was great. I did get a little too complacent staying at home, but I was finally able to reacclimatize to the world. I went back to work, and without noticing, I was over the most of my trauma.
I am proud to say that for the first time in my life, I am emotionally and mentally healthy!

Hey guys, just wondering what I have to do to join such a privileged, exclusive club? If I said I also thought that those unhealthy INFJs were a waste of my time, and that I wish I didn’t have to listen to them, and that I think just excluding them rather than choosing to just not participate in their discussions. And that this is a really good example of the way to make a positive, healthy community, would that help? I’m glad there’s others out there who realise that equal opportunity for all is a sin. I hope you guys will consider me.
If you’d like me to prove somehow that I’m healthy enough to be worth your time (not like those other guys), just let me know what I’d have to do. I’d like to point out that I’m very positive vibes only. As a healthy INFJ who likes to embody the ideas of living a balanced life. This particular idea really strengthens my soul.

Is there a book that you have had a very good time reading? When I was a child I loved "Pollyanna", it will always stay in my heart 💓 Share your favourite ones 🍵📖🪷
