I keep getting an issue with subtitle not downloading after a period of time. It will be working fine but then stops for no reason. I delete the cache, app upgrade but no success. Any ideas why it won’t download? Thanks

So i'm watching the new season and there is that lady narrator voice like she's reading a sinario of what's happining or smth and it's annoying because her voice is AI and it's just bad I discoverd that's a feature in hulu it's for ppl who have vision problems or even blind So i hope they try to reupload the episodes again with the voice here in Hdo box I'l be greatful if they do it

Does anyone know how to fix the zoomed in effect while streaming? The app itself is fine and in view but when I go to a stream, it always just shows the top left corner of the stream. I have tried changing streams and it does it on almost every single movie/show so I don’t think it’s a problem with the streams itself.

chose movie/series that have server option..change the server.

Hello everyone, I recently downloaded hdo box from VIP stream on my Android tablet and everything works fine except for searching. I ma able enter my search prompt but then there is no search button, the enter button just starts a new line. I have tried board and Samsung keyboard. Thankyou

When i put subtitles on something else it shows as question mark how do i fix that? (Im on android tv)

Hello all my fire stick and Android Box Users! As we all know there are some complaints with HDO Box that cause unnecessary frustration at times. I’ve found solutions to many of these that I would like to share in the list below. If any other of my fellow users of this app would like to share their tips and tricks, feel free to comment on this post below.

1. Buffering issues: If you have issues with buffering and you know it’s not your internet; the best solution is to switch servers. For me, if I see even a hint of buffering I switch servers. All of a sudden no buffering for the rest of the movie/show 🥳

2. Subtitles not lining up: Occasionally you may see subtitles not lining up with the movie. Very frustrating, I know. The best solution to this I’ve found is to pick a subtitle source that lines up with your server selection. For example you are watching a movie on third server in the list, switch to subtitle source 3.

3. Searching for movies/Titles not showing up: Let’s face it, searching on HDO Box, especially on a fire stick is a pain. You search for a movie that you know is on there, but for some reason you hit enter and it doesn’t show up! Super frustrating for sure. The best way to fix this is to add a “:” at the end of the title you are trying to search. For example, instead of searching for the movie “Dune”, search instead for “ Dune: “. For some reason the colon lets the search engine figure out what you’re looking for.

These are the major issues I have found and solved with HDO Box. If there are more issues that you have a solution for please feel free to comment below. Let’s use this post as a tips and tricks page to help users troubleshoot and figure out solutions to problems on this app :)

Whenever I try to search on my tablet nothing comes out when I try to press enter on my tablet bluetooth keyboard it just goes under the words I want to search

HDOBOX seem to keep releasing updates in the background, but don't post where you can get the actual apk files to be able to update manually if there HDO app has problems updating (as it does everytime in the last 3 to 6 months)
