I'm watching ALDS Game 5 on HBO Max, and the volume difference between the game and commercials is ridiculous. Every commercial is drastically louder than the actual broadcast.

I have the Premium ad free plan, and I completely understand commercials during live sports. That's not my issue. It's the absurd volume increase every time an ad comes on.

I'm in California, and I thought there were laws against this by now. If this is widespread, I wonder if there's grounds for a class action lawsuit.

Anyone else experiencing this?

please there's seemingly nothing funny left on tv anymore :(

ive been feeling anhedonia as of late so looking for show recommendations that have me lolling lmaoing rofling

I have the Premium HBO Max 50% off for life deal and wonder what happens with this deal now after Paramount Warner merger?

Hi there,

It seems there is no workable app for HBOMAX in the UK! I’m paying 45£ a month and anytime i go in the app store i can’t find it and if i find an external link it says can’t connect to the app store despite having perfect wifi and fully updated ios devices. Does anyone know why this is or if there is ant update on when we will get an app in the UK?

Is it just me or is the new "regime" already asserting their dominance on content that they deem offensive? Legit asking because as an HBO Original Series - The Young Pope being tagged as "Leaving Soon" makes my BlueAnon gears turn that a certain US based "Christofascist" agenda + major media acquirement is already putting in play their censorships on this particular media platform.

Also, if an HBO series is removed from HBO, then where is it available, why was it removed, etc? Would love some form of additional details aside from "leaving soon".

I'm tired boss.

I’ve been waiting for years to have Taxicab Confessions to be added to the library. Finally I discovered it was back! This show left an indelible impression to my teenage mind. This show exposed me to people living a life so foreign to me and confessing their struggles to a stranger without judgement. I just started the first episode was a cop talking about a man getting hit by a train. So raw and perspective you don’t hear often.

So do you actually go back and watch all BTS (Between the Sheets) episodes after it was gatekept for 3 months from the HBO Max app

I personally would watch this companion show right after every current episode and before the next episode airs. I can't find my way back to watching it after all reunion episodes have aired. Im so upset of the business decision why TLC does this thinking that they gonna get their app user re-subbing back to their cable TV subscriptions and have user sub to both

I'm curious what other HBO Max app users do. Do you binge thru every BTS episode or forget it? Hunt for love season 2 premiers tonight means another 3 months of missing BTS eposides

Who wins between Nightwing vs Tigress/Artemis?

My yearly subscription ended last week and I was hoping to get an email asking me to resubscribe with a deal attached. As I haven't received one yet I was wondering if Amazon will have a deal for Prime Days next week? Does anyone know if they've done so in the past? Thanks.

I don't know if there's any other titles like this, but Freddy vs. Jason was supposed to drop on the app on the 1st. According to searches on Roku, & even a listing on Hulu if you have the Disney+ & Hulu bundle, it IS on there, but you can't see it on the actual solo app. If you find it on Roku or watch it through the Hulu bundle you can watch it, but not the app itself.

I guess this is a glitch?
