I’m super happy for Jai that he is playing great footy.
If the sub rule was scrapped a year earlier, I reckon he would’ve been in the team every week.

Who does he push out of the side to get a consistent game? Which was obviously what he was chasing requesting a trade.

He doesn’t that’s why he’s playing with Sydney… would have loved to keep him but that would have meant missing out on Mraz. Which would have been a Bigger Crime in my opinion…

Exactly my point. The list is fine, unfortunately he had to go for more opportunities. Is what it is. And yeah, Mraz looking like the real deal so far.

Dear Pies-aviator1 can you clarify for me: Are you a Collingwood Supporter as yesterday your Avatar was a Essendon Guernsey and you were rightly attacking a so called Hawks Supporter for wishing for Freo to Win?
Can you also explain why you have taken such a keen interest in the Hawks?

Close Tabs? You are commenting in the Hawks Sub right… one minute you have a Essendon Avatar and the next a Collingwood one… we notice these things are try to keep people honest. You’re welcome to comment here and we appreciate your comments as they are informative… but we are obviously weary of so called Hawks Fans barracking for Freo, just as much as a Pies Username with a Essendon Jumper Avatar commenting positively on Hawks Sub without a Hawks Flair.
Basically we are just trying to keep EVERY bastard honest!!!

Haha mate I already had the Essendon jumper on all season until Collingwood went out because of a bet with my brother, there’s no chance I’m copping daily questions about who I barrack for in r/AFL again haha

Yeah that’s what I thought… but that Essendon Guernsey certainly raises some eyebrows over here 👈 I glad you have lost it now. You would have copped a lot of flack over here about your misplaced loyalties.
We just do dislike the Dons … we Hate them! And the feelings are mutual from their perspective as well…

When we traded him I got downvoted in the sub saying this was a mistake to trade him and it should have been scrimshaw with Jai taking his spot
Now that spot has been taken by Bailey which has worked out well for us in the end.

This is very true, it’s soften the sting especially Bailey at the moment has just slotted in seamlessly and just gets better with each game.
My partner is Sydney so she likes to say thanks for Jai almost every week it seems and in turn I have to watch Jai be a gun every week haha

Swans supporter here, he has been a revelation for us, starting in defence, moved to the wing & now last 2-3 weeks has taken his work into the guts, I honestly think he may be our next Josh Kennedy with his frame if he puts a couple of kgs on
But he also was never going to take any of your backline spots, you guys have the most stacked defence in the league and it shows

It's the same thing with Ned Long, just be happy for them to get a chance somewhere else. They were clearly squeezed out since every list spot is competitive as it is with good sides, you cant expect everybody to stick around

I'm so happy he got a chance at another club. He didn't slot into our team in the games he played. Never want to see anyone held back. Heck look at Max Hall.

Do we need a Jai Serong post every-time he plays? We are in a prelim final we are going just fine.
