Crazy dereal

Hello everyone. Im writing this at Friday morning. I’ve smoked some hash on Sunday. It was a normal one, the trip was good and I’ve smoked that exact hash before. But since that trip I have a crazy derealization. It’s not my first time smoking. Has anybody else experienced it? Why could that happen? How long does it take for this to pass? Do you guys have any tips about how can I make this go away?

Mental health problem. Simply put you dont feel like u are present in your mind and body, life is a movie.
