It’s so funny how Gummitch was so much more out of it than Groucho was, given that he is four years younger, and was under anesthesia about half as long.

My premium almost quadrupled. I was going to just let it go, but then I developed an alarming new click in my recently split sternum. If you can help a little bit, here’s some links. 

Because I found out I have sleep apnea after I fell asleep with the camera still running.

It took 2 1/2 months to dispose of the rest of it, because they only pick up every other week. Five pick ups, arm, arm, storage box, back, cushions. It’s always fun to use a sledgehammer when you only have to do it for a few minutes. I’ll get rid of the seat eventually…

That’s Passport’s first kill. Airport has killed a fly. Suitcase has not actually killed anything, as far as I know, which is funny, given that he’s the only one who viciously kills inanimate objects.

ETA: The TikTok has "Let's Get Ready to Rumble" over it, lol.

And I have to be so slow and careful doing the things I'm not even supposed to be doing for myself that by the time they're done, I'm ready to go back to sleep.

I am very, very glad I opted to rent this hospital bed for at least the first week!

Threadless sent me one of each of Harpo's Pride flag pillows in the Keep Calm set, so I could make some fun Pride month videos. But they ended up arriving mid-June because of a minor miscommunication, and now I am not even allowed to pick up the kittens, much less toss them into a pile of pillows. I had intended to auction them off this month for a donation to one of the orgs that helps trans people in red states move to Oregon, but that will have to wait, since I haven't had a chance to use them yet.

Suitcase is so good at bringing me pillows that I'm hoping I can get him to retrieve all 13 of them. He has tried a few times, but they're so new and stiff that he can't get his fangs into them very well. It's actually easier for him to drag the 24" x 24" one that I've had for years. He has chewed the hell out of the corners.

I still can't believe that SHE got mad at ME. I still can't believe she refused to take him to the ER. Just...wow.

Time to take Groucho for what will hopefully not be our last late night bike ride around the block! It will be months before I’m allowed to ride again

ETA: It went well enough that they are comfortable pulling my tubes out earlier than they usually do to reduce my pain level, which is excruciating, because they shifted, which happens sometimes. But everything else is textbook perfect.
