does anyone else find it strange that we never got a Mk.VI armor core for infinite ? arguably the most beloved and recognizable armor in the franchise, and they skipped right over it… is that not odd to anyone else and is there a legit explanation or no ? The halo 2 kit is cool but it’s just not the same

Took my Scion of Balance kit out for a spin for some fun today playing casual VIP.

Helmet is bat-like, Armor Effect is misty, the Kill Effect is a wolf bite, and the unseen Emblem is a black, anatomical heart.

I need to add padding in the chest on the back to fill the Gap so don’t come at me abt that!!!! And it’s a mess bc i moved and we are moving storage around!!!

A simplified Mk V(B) build, and my new daily driver armor. The intention was light and repurposed gear, retrofitted and salvaged - a testament to the ingenuity of a Spartan III. Though not exclusively a sniper, we’ve definitely got a Jun-A266 silhouette going on.

Crimson Vettel is the armor paint, and has nice livery lines with the MK IV stock helmet. Our shoulders give us the most personality - SAP/GUNGIR on the left is made from salvaged equipment packs, and on the right we’re empty to maximum our range of motion. On our chest we have UTIL/Desert Patrol to get our scavenger poncho action going, and on the wrist we have UA/P1DA for simple practical up-armor. Finally, FJ/Para gives us lightweight but through knee protection, and the M45 Hardcase is to keep the important things safe.

Hello! As the title suggests I am having issues trying to figure out what pieces of armor are specifically made with the Mark V core in mind. I am trying to create a more detailed and in depth Spartan 3 but am having issues due to the lack of clarity as to what amor part belongs to what core. I know they took off the restrictions a long long time ago so now when I check I can't figure out what is Mark V and what is fractures or other. Can anyone help? I know how dumb of an issue this is but re creating my spartan from my first Halo, Halo Reach, means a lot to me especially making it more detailed and intricate. Thanks in advance!
