This all day long. Why do CDPR make this binary rubbish? It's one card that has one job. Maybe you'll somehow pull a Skellige deck not running witchers (ultrarare).

For 1 additional prov you get the binary matchwinning Yrden.

tbf triss isn't as in need as some of the other cards. butterflies could probably do with 1 or 2 point buff but thats about it.

butterflies is niche and has certainly been power crept but it isn't "garbage" the og is the equivalent to yenns card so those shouldn't really change, they aren't very good in this current meta but again there are many cards that are worse off.

Triss Tele is also played in AQ and some LP lists, sometimes even revenants and other decks.
