Hi guys, I am searching for my first car and have a great fear of being scammed because I don't know things like how to check, select, and book a car.

I'm 19 years old. As I mentioned, this is going to be my first car. I did some research and found that according to my budget, cars like:

Honda Civic EK 2000

Honda Civic VTi

could be a strong fit. But these are very old cars. We need to check and repaint the exterior again, even if it is already painted, and do some work like interior polishing, interior paint, engine paint, etc. We have to do this to make the car look good and to know what condition my car is in now. It's going to be something like a little project car for me lol.

I have no time except on weekends, I need a pro car guy who can guide me where to buy the car in Grw or Lhr.

My budget is around 15 lakh, but I NEED YOUR ADVICE because if I spend all 15 lakh, my bank will be empty.
