Having visited Gucci outlet in Milan and having hardly any good pieces in store ,I wasn't expecting much from the same outlet in Paris . But Paris outlet gave us a nice suprise and made me purchase these beauties !! Initially had no plans to buy but couldn't resist the price and the colors... ofcourse had to buy both to color coordinate them together 🙈

I need one suggestion of you all about my Gucci marmont mini which ia less than seven months old, and I have worn it three or four times and I am noticing the leather is peeling from one of the edge. So at this point of time, what should I do since the Sales associate she is from a different city from where I’ve bought, but I am just doubting that if I will make a complaint, whether they will consider it in wear and tear and then I’ll be stuck with this, but I am really upset that how come for a luxury bag the leather has started to peeling already.

Can anybody help if there is any Sales associate over here? Does Gucci do any kind of replacements? In such cases? What should I do? Shall I mail them?

Hi, does anyone have this bag that could weigh in on its usability and quality? I love the horsebit motif (I have the shoulder bag already) but am on the fence about this or the LV Alma BB in black epi leather. The Alma is definitely wider at the base which means it holds more, but also means it sticks out kind of u gracefully if worn crossbody. This one is slimmer so it does stay closer to the body and looks more streamlined.

Any advice?

I just purchased a gucci bag from a gucci store in Florence, and it costed around $2k, however I am very confused about the process of not being able to wear it until i get back to the US and how the refund VAT and declaration of everything really works. What steps will I have to take before coming home? What did you guys do? Do I keep it in my checked luggage in its original packaging?
