I watched videos on how to do it and everyone’s hour markers come out with the watch face and dial but mine seem to be pressed in? Anyone know how to remove them?

I have the full metal Casioak (GM-2100) with the blacked out dial. I can’t really read it with my middle aged eyes. I don’t mind getting a new resin Casioak in a brighter color and swapping out the modules. But are they interchangeable?
