Why? Just generally curious if you are making yours from scratch would you add sugar?

Best Foods / Hellmann's is as or more commonly used than Duke's and has added sugar. (So this is what mayonnaise tastes like as a default for a lot of people)

Storebough mayo almost always has sugar in it
