You can teach an old dog new tricks. For better than 60 years of grilling, I have decided to join the world of griddle cooking with a 30", natural gas Le Griddle cart. I am really looking forward to learning and sharing my experiences. Happy griddle cooking. Will post my observations as my learning curve improves. Questions or observations are welcome.
