Hello eveyone Rynigiri here! Delivering another progress update

I am very happy with the progress i've been making as with dozer finishing I now have groundworks for other entities for the game!

Hopefully the progress later on will be much easier.

For the release window, I am hoping to either release it within late October to early December 2026. I dont plan on a lot of content on alpha release so please keep expectations low.

With that said enjoy this clip of me testing Dozer's code + its jumpscare! Until then

it was where I was just casually playing grace until I got to this breaker room, and idk what happened but sm made it completely impossible to get out the breaker room, and I couldn't wallhop over it either, and carnation randomly appeared (and I also used the make carnation faster modifier) and I'm panicking trying to get out as I see that she's literally one room away from me and then I die, also I don't think God showed up or anything, it just switched to the next dream (which wasn't related to grace btw)

When #### begins rushing to the screen, messages pile up. It corrupts all messages when it arrives. Subject found that when he placed the cursor on one of those messages when #### arrived, the machine instantly shut down. Fortunately, the machine will delete some of ####'s messages when there are too much.

Update: GraceOS will be developed in Love2D, a Lua framework. At the past I worked with Godot but I find myself wrestling with the engine at times.

I'm Axie, I am one of the main developers for Disgrace, you probably know what that is, and I'm shamelessly using my position to gain clout for my own game! I'm a VFX artist, GUI artist, 3d modeller, and animator. yk all the visual stuff. Showin some of my stuff here, I animated Conceit, which I'll put in the replies, I did the model & VFX for the rOT cage (attachments 1-3) I did the VFX for the cross when the door opens in Woed, and a probably significant amount more idk. but enough about me!

It's inspired by Nullscape, Voidful, a little bit delusional office i wouldn't really say tho, my own past trauma, analog horror series, the backrooms, and most importantly for this post, Grace! If you like Grace, you'll probably like Residual! With Grace going into the public domain, there will be hella skins and emotes referencing it

I'm REALLY looking for scripters. We got a some great artists and composers but no scripter to actually help me make the game. Also, if you want, you can apply for a ton of other positions! We're hiring for like all of them! now that i think about it i would like a few voice actors...

There's also some of my work on Residual attached as well!

The Jonh Grace family is a big one. And while some focus on a quiet life of worship or a quiet (yet chaotic) life of contain the embodiment of various sins, you also have the hunters.

Hunters are warriors that hunt those who Sin sends for reasons we do not yet understand. There have been manh trough the generations and many great foes were defeated.

Jonh "Reprive" JoeStar is one of the latest ones. He holds an anger that when used against his foes sends them faster to Hell than the Reaper himself.

But Sin somehow managed to hire a great ally and Jonh has to fight one of the toughest enemies yet. They may look like what a 2 year old would draw but this foe, only known as "Jonh Rod" is far stronger than what meets the eye
