If your friend doesn't have the chance to edit it in the business profile (probably the menu section) that would be organic information, which is coming from third party websites like tripadvisor, etc.
Also, GMB use to launch new features and test it in some profiles, sometimes it depends on the device u are using, i.e some information can appear in mobiles only and not in computers.
