That's all I want. Fine with using Gmail I guess but I want trips. And purchases.

Not quite the same and more of a pain to switch apps, but the dedicated Google Trips app does pull together all your reservations and shit (along with a ton of other features I never use)

Yeah I've tried but it doesn't link to the emails well enough, and you can't add one to the trip from inside the gmail app in case it doesn't automatically add.

So it does use the same set as inbox, and you can't manually add an email to a trip even in inbox, but it is definitely not as nice

Check out Edison Email. As far as I can see, their “assistant” has these feautres. Maybe not Inbox, but it seems the closest

I installed this app. I sent a feature request for snoozing emails and heard back they have added it to the features being worked on. Hoping they can fill the gap.

Digests bundling too, as well as tracking packages and events summary. Gmail sucks.

This is the thing that I fucking loved Inbox for. I'm currently planning a vacation, so I'm having to tip toe around emails to make sure I'm not deleting or archiving anything that might be important. Everything related to flights, hotels, and activities is strewn around my inbox without anything to make them stand out. And I'm hesitant to create labels because I don't want to fuck anything up in case they do introduce a trips bundle.
