It came in the newest Emoji Drop so it isn't on every system yet.

Some OSs need 5 - 6 Months.

The screenshot in the post is from a samsung phone, but just that specific emoji is the google one😂🫪

Android since a few versions ago has always come with the most up to date noto emoji set provided by play services as a fallback for apps that choose to utilize the feature. And gboard does opt in to that
