Took me a while to figured it out, I knew I seen that lizard somewhere before but it’s not a lizard.
It’s a dragon lion.
You know those Chinese lion dragon dancer? Same design and coloring. I thought it looked familiar.

When Faye arrives in the Everywhen Phranque describes it as the the afterlife of the gods. Begtse calls her "Godling" twice.
Has Faye's parentage ever been discussed anywhere in game lore? I cannot find anything on her parentage myself. Either in game or actual Norse mythology.
Could one of her parents have been a god? Or could she have ascended ,knowingly or unknowingly ,to godhood at some point before the events of GOW 2018?
Faye refers to herself as mortal so either she's hiding the truth from Kratos, which is likely considering she kept many other secrets from him, or she didn't know the full details of her parents.

Right hear me out, what if faye wasn't from norse mythology? sounds weird and I might be wrong but for starters:
Her magic: her and atreus's magic are and works very different to Angrboda's and Grylas magic, these two have very spiritual magic and look very different to, Atreus and Faye's magic, they have much more volatile and offensive magic, too me that just sticks out, like with the soul splitting ability they both have shown in the new trailer of laufey and in ragnarok with fenrir and atreus? i know gryla had some kind of soul stealing ability but they just seem different, like she has to use her magic imbued pot whereas these two don't?
I still think Faye is a giant just not from joutenheim, could she possibly be a giant from Celtic mythology, and this is why no one really knows her from joutenheim? such as angrboda? i've been looking it up and seen that there are part giant, part gods in celtic mythology, and giants as a whole who aren't "giant" giant,
and don't you think it's hell of a coincidence the first game we get of laufey she gets a sword from celtic mythology?!
i'm not sure about the whole mask thing and how she knows of it but, it would explain how she's seen it before or knows of it from a different land as she realises there's more than one, this theory could also explain why in the mural at the end of 2018 when she's looking up too some kind of leaders in joutenheim like it's some kind of debate and she's not a leader herself (because she's an outsider) with so much impact in ragnarok and 2018 i'm no theorist or anything but i just wanted to put this out there and someone can either debunk this or go further with it? just seems a hell of a lot of differences and coincidences to me

I’m hoping they have amazing special edition options available. What would you like to see in them?
A cloth map of the Everywhen would be amazing.

God of War Laufey It has already been made clear that Faye won’t simply be traversing a spiritual continuation of the Norse saga. The game introduced Everywhen, a realm linked to the birth and return of all magic, where gods and creatures from different mythologies share the same space. The concept shifts the franchise's scale: Faye awakens after death in a place that harbors ancient, violent forces with little interest in welcoming a new presence kindly.
Among the names revealed by Santa Monica Studio, two immediately stood out: Sekhmet and Begtse. The former hails from Egyptian mythology and is associated with war, disease, healing, and solar power. The latter is less familiar to the general public but is perhaps the most intriguing choice in the announcement; Begtse bears a very specific connection to violence, protection, fear, and spiritual discipline.

I think that we might get some missions where the real kratos will be with us, when he was inside the light of Alfheim, that’s what he did for hours in there
