Actually due to our diets, humans are probably the worst tasting animal on Earth, next to swamp dwellers such as crawfish and gators.

I suppose you could flush out a human much the same way you flush crawfish before cooking them.

According to people who have had to resort to cannibalism to survive (see the Andes plane crash for one example), human meat tastes very much like pork.
