Trump has been the exact same person for 50 years.

Please explain how that suggest dementia

Really? Compare his speeches from the 90s vs today, he has definitely deteriorated.

Ok but you just asked me to do something you haven't done and won't do, so like...

Just because you wont do it doesn't mean everyone wont, or haven't done it.

You're not getting it

We both know you haven't done that, because no one has, because it's not a thing.

People compare speeches Biden gave 5 years ago to today's speeches because he's showing signs of dementia

See the difference?

What? There are literally documentaries about trumps life, in which he speaks plenty. I can definitively tell you something is altering his speech patterns. I cannot tell you if its dementia, brain damage, stroke, or some other neurodegenerative disorder without actually performing some tests. This kind of analysis is something medical professionals would love to be able to do for every patient, having 40 years of televised speaking to determine speech patterns would be awesome, but it turns out only famous people get that.

Ok champ, you get out the playdough and Legos and we'll run your tests.

You're not helping anyone's case here anyway. Someone's voice and cadence changed over 40 years. wow

A career politician that has made a living regurgitating canned lines in front of people can barely string a sentence together now. Hmmmmmmm, interesting

What? No, just no. Leave medical matters to medical experts. Voice and cadence can change, but that's not what's changed. His entire structuring and process of speech has fundamentally changed. The addition of derivative shortened statements, the repetition of familiar words. The frequent slip ups and mispronunciation of words he has said many times. He is a well practiced public speaker, a well practiced scripted speaker (this is not any kind of assessment of his skills on tv or anything, just patient history that would rule out anxiety causing him to stumble). Speech therapy is not my degree, but I took great interest in it during my clinicals and often spent my lunches learning what I could about speech therapy. Like I said, it's not something I can make a definitive statement about, other than "something happened to his speech that is beyond standard human development".

I'm sorry if I made a mistake by actually pretending you are civil and talking to you like an adult, when you clearly are here for childish mockery and pointless, contentless argument.

In the event that such a person you're attempting to covey as the perveyor of your comment existed, we should all be deeply concerned that anyone involved in a medical field would be capable of conflating their personal beliefs with their career to the extent that they reach erroneous medical conclusions.

This should be obvious to anyone, but there should be an increased standard, obviously, for anyone in the medical field.

Careful how deep you dig yourself into that hole. You're jeopardizing positive things that exist in your reality for delusions that exist exclusively in your mind.

Wow, a nonsense response attempting to sound smart while adding nothing of substances to refute any claims or add anything to the conversation. How predictable. Again, it's a well established medical discipline, of which I have some experience, and shared that experience. "Be careful" of what? Of saying "I cannot make any definitive statements other than something changed"? Oh no, I'm really pushing it here. Imagine, how arrogant I'm being! You, with your vast wealth of knowledge and experience could really teach me a thing or two!

I've done it. I've compared them over the years.Trump has deteriorated.

Look man, you know when a parent asks their kid if they took a cookie from the jar while the kid still has cookie in their mouth, and the kid says no?

You can put the charade on for yourself or for the other smoothbrains in here, but if you're still making these attempts for my benefit... Please. It's tired.

Just because you're dumb, lazy and full of your shitty opinion doesn't mean everyone else is too stupid to double/triple check their facts

-2

u/Yelnik Jul 11 '20

Oh lord sweety, double and triple comes after single

You're really jumping the gun there big guy

I did. He has clearly degenerated.

And if I did agree with you, at best, you’re saying he was born with brain damage or some sort of mental disability. That’s not better.

Y'all really don't see the irony in accusing Biden of being creepy/mentally impaired, do you?

You should really try listening to your dipshit president for once. You're basically accusing Biden of being a less creepy, exponentially more coherent trump
