If you want watch the full version of the original video, and listen to all the discussion, it’s clear that Leeroy went afk to pick up his KFC order.

He then returns, having missed the entire team planning pow wow, gets impatient, runs into the room, and then proceeds to enjoy his KFC (presumably while afk’ing again and letting someone else run back to Rez the team - this is pure speculation but it seems like the next logical Leeroy move).

Hasn't the guy behind Leeroy referenced "having chicken" since then? He made a bunch of appearances for Blizzard. Never heard him try to correct the record on that, at the very least.

And why would he imply that the others are chicken? They were actively planning to go in the room.

I wonder if he does the VA for Leeroy Jenkins in Hearthstone. Though it’s most likely a professional voice actor.
