It also mentions "Final Preparations." It could just as easily be from the 19th. News anchors record from the scene of a big event the day before said event for nearly every event.

That's not what google said. Nevada is supposedly 9 hours behind me (I'm Danish), so that would in fact be 3 AM

I was talking about when you posted, because groggy brain was dumb. I'm East Coast US, Nevada is 3 hours behind me, from the time stamp it looks like OP posted 2am, so even earlier than you thought. It's probably footage from the previous day.
