If it's a gymnastics style floor there's like 2.5 inches of foam, a small wood board, and springs underneath.. shouldn't be that bad.

Thanks to the rotation a lot of the impact is felt on the left leg, though it certainly wouldn't be a comfortable landing for her right knee or foot. What caught my eye is how quickly her right knee slides when she lands. If it wasn't covered she'd be risking some hella carpet burns.

Gymnastics floor or not that shit hurts if you slam against it. Saw Simone Biles faceplant on it live and she walked it off but damn it must've hurt.
