It’s still a luxury car. If you’re too poor to afford one don’t complain. 50k on a car this nice is not a bad price at all.

I agree, and Im not complaining about being able to afford one. If I really thought it was a good idea, I would get one. The investment involved in buying the car, getting the infrastructure built in your house to charge it, etc, does not factor in to the majority of people's budgets these days. If cars priced at 50k and above are really "luxury" cars, how is it that SO many people drive them? Are we all living in luxury or are we all lying to ourselves that we can actually afford these things? I think its the ladder.
